I am having the same issue. Anyone figure it out? Does it just take a long time to sync?
So it did just take some time for Coinbase to sync. all good!
If it is not syncing, make sure to login on coinbase.com first, then it will be able to ask you for authorization read-only api v4, just hit the blue button, and there you go.

Just a heads up that using “resynch from beginning” has caused some significant issues for me. It has undone merged transactions and deleted labels that I had added or removed when tagging transactions.
