Describe the problem:
Coinbase is missing transaction histories for certain tokens (HBAR, SAND, XRP, MOG, MOODENG). For instance, I have made 9 HBAR transactions since Nov. 2024, but only 1 shows up in Koinly. All my other transactions with tokens not identified above work just fine on Koinly.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
This is for Coinbase. I use Advanced Trading.
How did you import data into this wallet?
I am using an API sync - the method recommended by Koinly.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Basically I have tried everything under the sun except for deleting my wallet at this point. I have many years of history so deleting is the last resort in my mind. In terms of what I tried, I disabled the API and resynced today. I also disconnected the API and reconnected (to get the most up to date API). I resync’ed my wallet from the beginning. I removed the sync start date. None of these steps worked.
