I’m sure there are many users on Koinly.io who are currently affected by losing their tokens by holding them on one of the exchanges filing for Chapter 11 through this bear market. Will Koinly provide us with perhaps a help article on how to write off these assets as complete losses? Or possibly some kind of migration process or something on an affected wallet?
