CGLD value not being recognised by Koinly

Today the wallet updated and my CGLD value is hidden and 0.
It was working yesterday but today is not.

I assume its to do with how Koinly reads the data from the market, Maybe the name or label has changed?

Koinly shows the value of coins I have but no value.

How did you import data into this wallet?
Sync wallet

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted and reconnected the wallet.
Could it be a CGLD CELO name confusion or something like that.

I notice CGLD Coldgold is list on the market prices with no value.
CELO CELO has value

I think your CELO Celo label should be CGLD Celo??
CGLD should be associated with Celo not Coldgold.

Are they different things?

Hi Neil,

We have just updated the symbol of CGLD to CELO so there might have been some disruptions for a few hours.
This should be resolved now. If it isn’t then please share your Koinly email via PM or log a ticket with support so we can investigate further.

Hi Still no change the sync says

Asset Difference
CELO -Value
CGLD +Value

How do you PM?? Can’t see a option.

This is messing up my whole dashboard.

I would be greatful to have sorted.
