Okay, I’ve paid for the holder tax plan which is 1000 transactions I have 11 transactions total for last financial year and 332 total transactions all time. When I try to download my tax report for that financial year comes up as zero I pay for the package for 24/25 financial year but get nothing.

Make sure you have imported all your transactions across all exchanges/wallets for all years. Check to see if you have any disposals (sales, withdrawals, trades) in the year.
