Bybit sync failure error 404

Describe the problem:

I have 2 bybit wallets and both have partially synced. The balance of the wallets is incorrect. It show 612 XRP , the XRP in was converted to BTC so my guess the conversion is missing on Koinly but I have located it on Bybit /Conversion history /Inverse derivatives. Also I have missing USDT transactions or conversion as the balance is way larger.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Locate XRP conversion to BTC in conversion history, successful.

If you have received the 404 error, it may mean that the wallet has not been fully synced.
