Bybit API - Denied access: [403] You have been denied access

After receiving the notification that new API integration was completed, I created new API Keys (Read Only, no IP restriction) for my Unified Trading Account and Assets. After attempting sync, I received the error: [403] You have been denied access.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bybit

How did you import data into this wallet?
Uploaded csv files for previous transactions, updated the wallet on Koinly to add the Auto-sync via API (after receiving advice the new API integration was completed).

Any update will be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

API is now working for me (it is now sync), however, it is not reflecting the transactions I performed post-“upgrade” to Unified Trading account, can I ask assistance on that matter?

Dashboard shows a discrepancy on Calculated and Reported values for the tokens being traded after upgrade to Unified Trading account, but no transactions appear in the “Transactions” tab.
