Describe the problem:
Your support of Bitpanda Pro is really bad, I think nothing really works with Bitpanda Pro, missing values, full of errors, importing the cvs files doesn’t work, it’s not usable at all!

Hi, Bitpanda pro doesnt really give us much data, only your trade history. Deposits/withdrawals are not provided by their API. We recommend using the same wallet for both Bitpanda and Bitpanda Pro so you can avoid importing transfers between the two services at least. You will need to add any deposits/withdrawals into Bitpanda pro from external wallets manually.
I asked Bitpanda and they said that it seems you are not implementing the api correctly. And I don’t know what you mean with using same wallet??
