Binance Sync Error

Hi there,

I am trying to sync my Binance data through an API to Koinly, but I am encountering the following errors (particularly, there are ‘too many requests’ which is forcing it to fail):

Wallet: Binance (Binance)
Transactions: 865
Imported with: API

  1. Too many requests; current request has limited. - -1003
  2. No airdrops/forks found
  3. API does not allow access to: Convert trades, BSwaps
    ---- OTC conversions and dust conversions older than 1 year are not provided
    ---- Only Futures from the last 3 months are imported

I have tried to manually sync it multiple times, to no avail. I hope someone can assist me to rectify this, I found importing the transactions manually to be extremely inaccurate so am hoping this automatic method will assist for accuracy.

Welcome to the forums! Its good to hear from you.

Our developers are aware of this error with the Binance API and are looking into this - I will personally update you in this thread once a fix is deployed. :smiley:

Have you access to CSV exports from Binance? You can try importing the data that way if you like, or you may choose to wait until the API is resolved.

You can find instructions on how to obtain the correct file here.
