Binance.com in Ontario Canada won't let us create API

Describe the problem:
Binance.com in Ontario Canada won’t let us create a Tax Report API because they are not allowed to in this jurisdiction. They were hear briefly but didn’t want to adhere to our securities laws, so they left, and apparently all support!

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance.com (accessed by citizen in Ontario, Canada)

How did you import data into this wallet?
I just want the Tax Report csv so I can do my taxes

What have you tried to fix this so far?
There is no fix. If Binance won’t let me create a Tax Report API, then what can I do?

Are you able to login to your Binance account and download your full transaction history in CSV files? We can help to import those into your Binance wallet as an alternative means to syncing with API.
