What have you tried to fix this so far?

I’ve tried resyncing to no avail. Support has not responded to chat or email.

I have the same issue, I reported it maybe before you did, support got back to me and I’m showing them all the details of this issue.

Same issue here. I have no error while syncing but none of the new transactions are added to my wallet.
