When the API tracks changes in wallets, or when importing manual transactions, koinly uses the token ticker (BTC, ETH, ADA etc). This is sometimes inaccurate as anyone can create a token with the same ticker and occasionally koinly will get this incorrect (especially when trading mem coins). This can be easily fixed if koinly supports contact address integration so koinly cant get this incorrect as every contract address is unique. 0 room for error
