Action failed on Universal format CSV import

Describe the problem:
I have created a new CSV file using the Universal format file template. I manually entered all transactions. When importing, I got the following error:

Action failed
file must have these headers: ID (read-only),Date (UTC),Type,Tag,From Wallet ID,From Amount,From Currency,To Wallet ID,To Amount,To Currency,Fee Amount,Fee Currency,Net Worth Amount,Net Worth Currency,Fee Worth Amount,Fee Worth Currency,Deleted,TxSrc,TxDest,TxHash,Description

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Selected the wallet and chose the import/export function.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Nothing yet. Not sure if there is an updated file format template.

I also tried a test in exporting the Universal format template as a CSV and then importing onto Koinly, which gave me the same error.

@fishonstilts You are importing the file in the incorrect place -

Go to wallets > import file,

You cant import new data from the Transactions page Import/Export feature
