Describe the problem:
Withdrawals from CDC Exchange are missing fees
Furthermore, withdrawals that do not succeed are imported as “real” withdrawals and need to be deleted. This happened when I was trying to withdraw USDC via SOL and there were some issues on the network.

Koinly complains that my BTC amount is exactly 0.0001 BTC higher than what I really have, which is the cost of the missing transaction. Indeed, the entry reports only the coin and has 0 fees.
