I first tried to generate my Australian ATO Tax Report for 2020-2021. I was asked to upgrade my plan and pay USD 700 for extra transactions, I did that.
Then I tried to generate report again, and the system asked me again for USD 40 for extra transactions, I paid that as well, and now when I try again, it’s asking again to pay additional amount.
Why am I being asked additional payment again and again when all the transactions were already fetched from all my wallets and I haven’t added more wallets after that.
I’ve requested twice in the support chat to either refund what I’ve paid (USD 740) or fix it so I’m able to generate the Australian ATO Tax Report.
I’ve requested twice in the support chat more than 28 hrs ago, but no one is responding, what’s the point of paying USD 740 is we don’t even get any support
