**Describe the problem:** WhiteBIT exchange can’t seem to sync to Koinly? The API doesn’t seem to work, and their exchange doesn’t have a function to download a CSV. **How did you import data into this wallet?** I couldn’t - no CSVs from their exchange and API doesn’t work. **What have you tried to fix this so far?** Spoke to support on chat - they advised to post here. ---

Is the WhiteBit API issue actively being worked on ? I’m still getting Beta Access error when trying to pull transactions. Thanks for any update ---

To Koinly Support: What exactly is in Beta? The Koinly API integration or WhiteBit’s API? What is the timeframe for this? The tax year is soon coming to an end, and it needs to be ready by then. ---
