Describe the problem:
The tax report doesn’t give clear values for a schedule 3. All other reports are for the us versions of turbotax. I bought it based on the fact it said it supported canada, but there isn’t a localized tax form??? isn’t there only 3 fields that need to filled in, why isn’t this available. And you don’t find any of this out until they’ve taken your money…
The full tax report gives 10 different values, what ones do I put in the schedule 3, is it expecting me to add them together. What values are the Adjusted cost base and proceeds of disposition?
I am not holding my breath for any support here this form seems to not help many and koinly support says to except a week for a response, this is fucked and I am starting to want my money back, which also doesn’t seem likely to happen. I realize this is a busy time of the year, but how isn’t this obvious? why wouldn’t you hire more staff leading into a tax season.
