Describe the problem:
Have manually imported transactions into an exchange wallet. Trades and deposits worked fine, but when I try to import withdrawals, it doesn’t do it and says that duplicates were ignored. But there are no withdrawals in this wallet. It’s causing Koinly to double up the amount I have for two coins/tokens, since it thinks I have them in the exchange as well as in the wallet I moved them to.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually since the api didn’t work. I deleted the whole wallet and started again with just manual imports using the correct formats.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Checked that I didn’t have soft deletes for the wallet. Checked the troubleshooting page for the wallet, and it says “no withdrawals” and tells me to import withdrawals, but then when I do, it says they’re duplicates.
