Unknown transaction creating realized profit issue

There is a unrecognised BTC transaction moments before I sent two test transactions to 2 exchanges in koinly records. I got spooked and though my hardware wallet has been compromised and the BTC account had a zero balance following the links in the koinly transaction details.

But I’ve since moved crypto out of that linked wallet in the hardware wallet so the balance wasn’t zero.

This address was imported to koinly via API and synced.

Screen grab of transaction I don’t recognise attached. The cost basis mentioned, is not my cost basis, and given that transaction doesn’t appear in the ledger live transaction history, is it possible that someone else transaction has appeared in my account?

My wider concern is the ledger may have been compromised.

I’ve update ledger software and changed my pin code as a precaution, and moved some BTC to another wallet.

Many thanks for any guidance that can be shared.

Hi @Swelly85

I’m not certain how this issue occurred or if your wallet may have been compromised. From Koinly’s side, please ensure your wallet is correctly added, and all transactions are imported.

For concerns related to Ledger, it might be more helpful to share this on the Ledger forums for additional insights.

Hope this helps!
