Unable to Import / Sync Koinly with BTCMarkets.net

I am unable to sync Koinly with BTCMarkets.net despite creating a new API key

Issue is with BTC Markets.net

I tried importing the data by creating a new API key in BTCmarkets

Nothing really. I don’t want to do this manually since it is cumbersome and prone to errors and I am not that savvy!
