# Unable to import Binance transactions (CSV)

**Describe the problem:**  
I am unable to import Binance transactions.  
No error is shown

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Binance

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
CSV files

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
I tried to re-import the CSV files, but I still see no transactions

> Transactions: 0  
> Imported with: CSV
> 
> 1. No transactions found

Alex from Koinly here 🙂

If the CSV contains a lot of transactions then it can take some time before they fully sync and show in Koinly.  
But if you don’t have that many or you have been waiting a long time then there might be some other issue.  
In that case please send us an email at [hello@koinly.io](mailto:hello@koinly.io) so we can take a closer look 🙂
