I tried logging into my account and it has disappeared, I then thought oh thats weird and logged in via the email authentication option via google which worked fine but it then makes a new account! I log out as i try to troubleshoot how to fix this and reset my password hoping that if i use the email/password log in option it will show my past account history but it doesnt! I have lost my entire account history from the last couple years of using the platform including the info i was gonna use for this years taxes. I really hope that this can be resolved!!
I have uploaded a screenshot of my email folder history including the term “koinly” showing that i haven’t gotten a warning of account deletion or anything in between the last time i used the platform and now so clearly there is some issue on your guys end here.
