# Transfer from Bank to Binance - records for cost-based approach

Hi,

I am very new to Koinly but it got recommended by a friend. I am using a Binance UK account to do SPOT and Futures trading between USDT and coins. I initially wired a specific sum in GBP and USD.

I understand that tracking that initial investment is important to log in some costs in the cost-based approach. How can I make sure all those transactions (eg. buying crypto) are recorded from Binance?
