# Transactions labelled as lost realize gain

**Describe the problem:**  
My transactions labelled as lost realize a gain/loss, which is visible in the transaction lists as well as in the report (they are included in both the gift/lost section of the report and the capital gain report) :

It shouldn’t realize any gain/loss according to your documentation and that’s they way it should be processed tax-wise.

Settings :  
PFU / France  
Realize gains on crypto → crypto trades? =\> NO  
Realize gains on liquidity transactions? =\> YES  
Treat airdrops and forks as income? =\> NO  
Treat futures gains as capital gains =\> YES  
Treat transfer fees as disposals? =\> NO  
Wallet based cost-tracking =\> NO

**What did you try ?**

- Labeling those transactions as gift : same outcome
- Deleting cache : no help

Hello,

Unfortunately, due to rules in France, gains cannot be disposed in this way. So it’s disabled on accounts for users in France.
