# Too much data for one sync error

**Describe the problem:**  
Am getting error: too much data for one sync in Coinbase Pro, because I have a huge number of transactions

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**

Coinbase pro  
**How did you import data into this wallet?**

with API key from Coinbase, using Koinly paid plan  
**What have you tried to fix this so far?**

Did you ever get an answer? I am thinking about buying a package but I am having teh same problem even before purchase.

@Gi_Sha You will need a custom plan to import a large amount of transactions, please email [support@koinly.io](mailto:support@koinly.io) for help with this. Also attach your fills.csv file from coinbase pro.
