Describe the problem:
I am trying to view my portfolio balances on a specific date. the amounts showing are the ones that Koinly has calculated which are incorrect. There is an option to switch to the exchange reported balances but the toggle button in greyed out. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for your message. 
As the APIs are linked to your exchanges/wallets, they only report the current balance and unfortunately can’t show historical balances which is why you can only see the calculated balance on the Dashboard for previous dates.
