The website loads, but no information is displayed and it never loads any data on any screen.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried in multiple browsers and cleared cache etc.
Would you follow the steps below to troubleshoot this?
- Log in through https://api.koinly.io/cf (this should clear the Cloudflare cache)
- Try a different browser if you haven’t already.
- Try accessing Koinly on another device such as a mobile phone, tablet or iPad.
- If you’re using a VPN, try changing the server to the UK or US
- If you are using an iOS device, please try temporarily disabling Private Relay in your iCloud settings
