Hi, I’m trying too do my taxes on here but my xumm isn’t allowing all the transactions too come through plus there is other accounts on other platforms that are no longer in my wallets , how do I go about fixing and adjusting these please

It worked last year. My XRP ledger wallets aren’t syncing at all. Something is broken.
