Binance syncing (API) is converting my transactions from utc to est time (which I want I guess), but when I download and add csv files that don’t get imported through api, they are in UTC, it does not convert. Is there a way to have the csv file get converted to EST time without manually changing each one?

I figured it out, if you guys want to know so if anyone else has a problem.
The coin futures, margin trading are 2 of a couple things that need to be added manually (also bswaps, loans and repayments), but if you are in a different time zone and logged into binance; Binance will show you your trades in your current time zone. If you download a csv from biannce it will say at the top Date(UTC) **but it’s not, it is in your current time zone**. The fix is to change your computer to UTC time and log back into binance then download the csv file.
