I connected my ETH public address recently and am German citizen. This means crypto that was hold for >1 year is tax-free. I assume that a SWAP is a taxable even in case the crypto swapped from was hold less than one year, which is not the case for me. Still. when I look at a swap (eth to steth, lido staking) it shows me huge tax implications which should be 0 as the sale of the ETH woul be non-taxable and the purchase of stETH is non-taxable, too.
Different story for how to deal with staking rewards.
Am I using it incorrectly or does koinly not support German legislation yet?
