Describe the problem:
I traded ETH for Rocket Pool ETH on the Arbitrum network. Koinly shows a Send for ETH and a separate Deposit of rETH, but did not connect the two legs of the transaction. Therefore Koinly complains that it does not know the cost basis for the rETH. How do I connect these two entries as the two sides of a single swap transaction?

Just reviewed the transaction records in Koinly.
I have a follow up question to my previous post. Koinly does not seem to be able to grab a current market price for Rocket Pool ETH held on the Arbitrum network. The rETH token has a different contract address of each network (Mainnet, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc). In the Markets page on Koinly, there are four listings for Rocket Pool ETH, but only one shows a current price. Is it possible to map all of the different contract addresses to the price shown on CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko so that rETH shows a value in the Dashboard regardless of which network it is on? I see that a similar issue was raised previously here: RocketPool rETH on Arbitrum not being interpreted as rETH | Bug reports (public) | Koinly.
My apologies for the newbie question, but I am just finding my way around Koinly. I “merged” the two legs of the transaction, and after tweaking the transaction price a little bit, all is now well. Sorry for the interruption.

Glad to see you were able to figure out the merge, well done!
As for the rETH, I have passed it on to our tokens guy to see if we can change the mapping so it uses the one that has a price tracked for all the different versions.
