# Support for XMR monero

I am unable to create a (XMR) Monero wallet in Koinly.

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Monero (XMR )

**How did you import data into this wallet?**

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Tried to create a custom wallet with no success in koinly UI

Having the same problem as well with importing. I emailed support, so I’ll follow back up when I get a response.

As a temporary workaround, I created a wallet with no transactions called “Monero”, then manually added my transactions from the transaction page. You can select XMR through there, just annoying that you can’t import a .csv or point it to your online wallet.

I can confirm that this short term Custom wallet XMR works, however it is quite tedious if there is a lot of transactions to add.
