i just signed up with you guys, there’s no one to talk to - i find that unpleasant to say the least.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
tried to load all metamask, uniswap, coinbase, coinbase pro, and kucoin.
How did you import data into this wallet?
nothing appears to have worked
What have you tried to fix this so far? as best as i can
@koinly @Nathan_Koinly used to be active on here but recently have been almost completely absent. I have contacted them twice through the chat on the main site to tell them they are losing users and to suggest they get a lot more active on these boards. They replied that they are aware of the backlog and intend to clear it soon. They placed a job vacancy for a support agent a few weeks ago, presumably they have not found anyone yet. It’s very strange to not even post a message explaining why they are absent. Shame, because the service is actually pretty good when support is available.
