You have to add server/ bandwidth capacity when tax submission season comes up.
I have everything ready and my accountant is waiting for the data, and syncing is never ending. Normally it takes just 15 mins tops.
Also, you have to provide an option for manual sync triggering, instead of auto.
I am sure that lots of your server congestion issues are because of serial refreshes carried out for serial data updates. Huge disadvantage to both clients and Koinly alike.

Yes unfortunately the calculations have been taking a bit longer than usual due to increased usage, sorry for the inconvenience!
We’re working on a lot of improvements so hopefully this should not happen again
