SOL wallet won't sync

Hello,

My Solana won’t sync. It has been “syncing” for almost 2 days now. I imported the data by providing my public key.

I have contacted support and supposedly they escalated the issue but no one has contacted me in almost 2 days either.

Here are the error messages below.

  1. Issue with proxy auth 407, try again in a few minutes
  2. No airdrops/forks found
  3. No trades found
  4. This API has certain limitations:

We really appreciate you sharing what you’ve done to troubleshoot, and my apologies for the delay from the support team and with Discuss! The proxy 407 issues are usually temporary and clear fairly quickly. Please do let me know if you are still encountering any sync issues with your SOL wallet.

With the higher transaction counts they can take longer to calculate. I’m only able to see the information provided in this wallet that you’ve shared, though if there are other high transaction count wallets this can be a contributing factor. When it takes a couple days it would usually be above 80k-100k transactions.

If the issue is still persisting, please connect with our support team and request them to investigate any bugs to report.

In the meantime, we do have the CSV method to import a full transaction history into your wallet. :raised_hands:
