Hi there,

I am wondering what would be the benefits (if any) of setting up a LLC to trade crypto as a UK tax residents, assuming I trade full-time and make profits meaningfully above the Personal Allowance of £12,500.
I would welcome any thoughts regarding the tax impact of such a setup?

Many thanks!

I am not in anyway a Tax adviser, but I think that it might involve quite a lot of paperwork setting up such a thing as it might ??? be classed as an investment company. They have a lot of particular rules to be followed, more than say setting up an LLC as a plumber or IT worker. Go see an accountant before you take this route.
