Dear Koinly Support Team,

I have been using Koinly for several years and previously purchased a tax report for 2021.

I am currently preparing my Austrian cryptocurrency tax reporting and need to distinguish between legacy crypto holdings (acquired before 1 March 2021) and newer holdings.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to some of my previous exchange accounts. However, the historical transactions were already imported into my Koinly account.

I would therefore appreciate your assistance with the following questions:

1. Complete transaction history: Would it be possible to provide a one-time CSV export of my entire transaction history, covering all cryptocurrencies, wallets, exchanges and years, without requiring me to purchase tax reports for every individual year?
2. Austrian tax treatment: Does Koinly currently offer a solution for separating Austrian legacy holdings from newer holdings while applying the Average Cost Basis (ACB) method only to the latter?
3. Future tax reports: If this functionality is not yet available, what workaround would you recommend to ensure that legacy holdings are excluded from the average cost calculation while still allowing me to generate accurate annual tax reports?

As I have a substantial number of historical transactions, manually editing individual transactions would be extremely time-consuming.

I would appreciate any assistance or information regarding planned improvements to Austrian tax reporting.

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards,

Alex

Hi @Alexander1

Please reach out to our support team through the in-app chat.

Regarding the Austrian tax laws, refer to the thread below on our feedback portal:
