Curious if anyone has experienced issues with the referral link for $20 off. Myself and a co-worker are trying to purchase a plan but the code isn’t taking off the $20 from the $99 plan we were selecting. The link sends us to login to account and then when we go to purchase the amount charged is the full $99.
This would be a first-time purchase for both of us.

I’ve been having the same problem. The reply I got from support is below. Essentially, the advice is to delete my account and register a new one, which is ridiculous as I’ve spent ages manually adding entries and making sure the calculations looked accurate before I felt willing to pay… It can’t be that hard to implement a normal referral promo code system.
“When you click on the referral link, it will only take you to the Koinly homepage. However, when you sign up using new credentials, you should be able to find the $20 discount in the payments section. If you’re not seeing the discount, you might’ve done differently. If you’re not seeing the discount in your current account, you will have to delete this one and create a new account using the same referral link and new credentials.”
