# Recent issue with transactions from kraken

**Describe the problem:**  
I buy small amount of btc regularly on kraken pro and symc to koinly after. Up until today all has been ok. But today after syncing the latest transaction is not showing up and I have this message on my Bitcoin amount "The calculated balance for this asset is different from what the API has reported. This can indicate incomplete transaction history”.

This has just started happening today and I can see my previous transactions from before. Wondering how to fix this or has it happened to anyone else recently?

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Kraken

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Auto Sync

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Tried Sync now a few times but no change

Try resyncing the wallet from the beginning (full resync) as explained in the guide below:
