Describe the problem:
I’m using the swap tag to prevent some “trade” transactions to generate profits or losses.
Deposits and withdrawals on Aave for example, that are under trade (trade for the amUSDC…token), 1 for 1 trades…etc…
BUT, the total realized gains amount on the dashboard won’t change accordingly.
Aren’t the realized gains = Profits - Losses ?
At one point, I tagged as Swap big deposits on Aave (total of many thousands), and the Realized gains change was much lower than the deposits.
I even made a test. I tagged a simple 3000$ profit transaction as swap, just to see the change in Realized gains. No change at all.
Aren’t Swaps supposed to NOT be taxable events?
I’m probably missing something here. But the calculations don’t seem to be working properly.
