# Q about Independent Reserve API

I see an announcement that API integration for Ind. Res. was upgraded 5 months ago. When I first opened my Koinly Account I imported from CSV. I have gone thru the steps to integrate Ind.Res API, without first deleting the record from CSV- (incase I ran into trouble). It failed and says I should generate new Api key.

Q: are you confident the upgrade is good.;  
do you have suggestions for how to proceed  
my thinking is 1. new keys. 2. confirm is ok. 3.delete old CSV data- agree?
