Problem with invalid Sia coin address

I have tried multiple times to create a SIA (Sia coin) wallet but each time I get a message which says it is an invalid address. I confirmed that I am using the address the address shown on the Sia-UI app which also shows it has synced. No matter what I do I get the same message and have been unable to sync with the Sia-UI.

I was told to copy and paste the following information:

Wallet: Siacoin (SC) (Siacoin (SC))
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. Invalid address
  2. No transactions found

I would appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue.
