Each change in Koinly will trigger a recalculation, this at times can take a little longer than expected and largely depends on server load and the number of transactions in your account.
There is no “fix” for this, you will just need to make the changes you need to, then wait for the calculations to finish.
We will of course, be improving our products performance vastly (almost ten fold) in the coming months, so this is just a temporary pain point.
