# Problem syncing with KuCoin API

Koinly failed to sync with KuCoin. I followed the instructions to create API Key and Secret, but Koinly just won’t sync with Kucoin.

What might the problem be?

Koinly does not work well with KuCoin ☹ There needs to be a fix soon!

I have the same problem here. The API key is invalid
