Polkadot / Kusama Crowdloan contributions are showing as “deposits” into the wallet which is not accurate. Withdrawl would be more accurate but won’t work either since they are locked into a smart contract and will be returned in full so this is not a sale / taxable event. Activity is similar to staking but rewards are different too so it would be best to have it’s own category.
This happens when auto-importing from a Polkadot extension wallet when synched via public blockchain address and happens for both Polkadot and Kusama networks.
As workaround, I set sync to ignore balance and guess I’ll need to soft delete the crowdloan contribution transactions so that portfolio is properly reported.
