Plan dont unlock

Hello,

I bought a plan for 2025 tidsy with USDC through tangem (walletconnect) but i get no unlock for the tax. The money is successfully sent on the blockchain and i need to get this done on Monday but i read you dont work on weekends. Is there anyone who can help me get it fixed?
