# PivX auto sync not working

**Describe the problem:**  
PivX sync does not show any transactions through auto sync

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
Ledger - PivX

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
Auto Sync via wallet address

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
Cleared the Start Date  
Resync from beginning

Our team has this fix on the roadmap thanks to your mention. I don’t yet have an ETA on when it will be resolved, though for everyone wanting this to be expedited, please [add your vote here](https://koinly.canny.io/integrations/p/pivx-auto-sync-not-working). You’ll immediately receive a notification once it’s ready to go!

In the meantime, the efficient alternative is importing the CSV files from PivX into Koinly. 👍

It’s seems that this is a bug in Ledger Live. The receiving address when clicking the button “Receive” is different from what is displayed in the actual transaction history. No idea why and it’s slightly concerning.
