Describe the problem:
I recently made a number of buys and sells on Binance. I then synced the wallet to get these transaction to come through to Koinly. For some reason, one of the transactions did not sync across. All of the others did though. I have synced multiple times and still missing this transaction. This happened right at the same time your website crashed.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Synced Wallet a number of times, deleted cache.
The Binance API is quite limited as it does not include all types of transactions.
Some of the transactions that are not imported are:
-Purchases made using credit card, bank transfer, or P2P.
-OTC trades (Converts)
-Isolated margin trades
If you have a lot of these transactions then it might be better for you to use the CSV files.

Since you mention that this happened at the same time as the site crashed, it is possible that the API just skipped the transaction (not common). You can try clicking on the Binance wallet and then on the ‘Having trouble?’ banner. On that troubleshoot page, you will see a button called ‘Resync from beginning’. This button will resync the entire wallet and bring in any skipped/deleted transactions.
