Could any one please suggest if I have around 3000 transactions over the past 3 years together, which package should I opt for? Do they charge as per the no of transactions or per year?

They charge per transactions per year. I would just go with whatever plan they suggest you need for that year. If you don’t have enough gains to declare for that year, don’t buy a plan for it (for past years).
