# OKX missing transactions

**Describe the problem:**

can somebody help me, i have no idea of what i need to do?

**Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?**  
OKX

**How did you import data into this wallet?**  
CSV-file

**What have you tried to fix this so far?**  
not much because i have no clue on how to fix this, i can’t even open the CSV-file on excel anymore.  
i have contacted OKX customer-service but they could not help me fix it

Missing purchase history error indicates that the data imported into your wallet in Koinly is incomplete. Check out:[

Make sure you have exported the files following the instructions in the guide below and imported them without opening the files in Excel.
